Mr. Mezzenga is requesting the property located
on Long Lake Road, south of 14th Avenue NW and 15th Street NW, be
subdivided into 13 single family lots.

Mezzenga redesigned the original subdivision to allow for a cul-de-
sac which would provide access to and from Long Lake Road. The plat
complies with the R-l district lot and subdivision standards.

Ramsey County has reviewed the proposed Long Lake Road curb cut and
noted no concerns regarding its location.

Mezzenga said the redesigned plat is in its preliminary stages, but
verified that a radius will soften the area around the cul-de-sac.

Brandt Rebelein thanked Mezzenga for addressing the concerns of the
Council and residents regarding the original proposal.

There were no comments from the audience.

Motion by Benke, seconded by Williams, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried

Motion by Williams, seconded by Larson, to WAIVE THE READING AND
ADOPT THE RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF PL-188.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried

Council Business

David Childs, City Manager, said the development team of Laukka
Development Co., BRW, Conhaim Associates and Realty Management
Servi ces has completed its revi ew and anal ys is of the downtown
redevelopment and have formulated its recommendations.

Conse1lt Agenda

Addendum to Brighton
Corporate Park
Report 90-147A

Public Hearing

Preliminary Review of
Subdivision PL-188
Report 90-148
Resolution 90-64

Council Business

Redevelopment Plan
for the Downtown Area
Report 90-149
