On July 19, 19.94, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of <br />LP-291, R-139, and VN-298. <br />. On June 21, 1994, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and continued the public <br />hearing to July 19, 1994, to allow the applicant time to make adjustments to the site plan. <br />. On November 24, 1987, the subject site was granted approval for site plan, plat, and a setback <br />variance for three townhouse units and a two-family home. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />MOTION TO WAIVE THE READING, HOLD THE FIRST AND SECOND READING, AND ORDER THE PUBLICATION OF AN <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN NEW BRIGHTON FROM <br />R-3B, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO B-1, LIMITED BUSINESS, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br /> <br />1.
