Submit application and materials by the listed Planning Commission deadline. <br />3. The Development Review Committee comprised of City Staff members reviews the proposed site <br /> plan, <br />4. A staff case report is prepared and submitted to the Planning Commission, <br />5. The proposed site plan is reviewed by the Planning Commission at its regular meeting and a <br /> recommendation is forwarded to the City Council. fft\ ~ <br />6.
