' <br />The proposed office/warehouse b!Jilding complies with all 1-1 district and Parking standards. . <br /> <br />The proposed development is another step toward redeveloping the Jones lake industrial area. <br />For instance, the proposed development has been made possible by the City agreeing to purchase <br />and remove the two existing, singl.e family homes that currently occupy the subject site. <br /> <br />The main entrance to the proposed building would be oriented toward' Old Highway 8 to serve as <br />a focal point and identify this, comer as an entryway to the industrial park. Proposed signage and <br />landscaping for the subject site would be designed and located to compliment the proposed <br />building. - <br />
