Proposed signage and. <br />landscaping for the subject site would be designed and located to compliment the proposed <br />building. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF lP-297 SUBJECT TO THE FOllOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. ENTER INTO A PROOF OF PARKING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY FOR TWO PARKING STAllS. <br />2. GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN APPROVED BY CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. CURB CUT ONTO OLD HIGHWAY 8 APPROVED BY RAMSEY COUNTY. <br />4. RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT PERMIT APPROVAL. <br />5.
