Other Considerations: None <br /> <br />Light Industrial <br />I-I, Light Industrial <br />Water tower/well house <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to install a 12' x 24' prefabricated building on the City well house no. 10 site next to the City water tower. The <br />proposed building would house all necessary equipment to operate cellular antennas to be mounted on the side of the water tower. <br /> <br />The proposed building would comply with all I-I district standards and would be partially screened from the apartments to the west by the <br />existing well house, trees, and apartment garages. The City Engineer has approved the location of the proposed building. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to approve LP-301, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
