Woock regarding <br />the above transaction. I have reviewed this matter with the <br />Community Development Staff at the City of New Brighton. They <br />simply cannot understand the County's position. <br /> <br />Because of the City's setback requirements, the building <br />improvement cannot be constructed on the excess highway right-of- <br />way. There is genuine confusion and the City of New Brighton <br />staff will work with the County staff to sort this out. <br /> <br />We will keep you fully informed and hope to have this matter <br />resolved within the next 4-6 weeks.
