The City Forester prefers to see Black Hills spruce planted since they are <br />more Minnesota hearty than other spruce trees. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA nON <br /> <br />Motion to RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF LP-314 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1.) APPROVAL OF GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND <br />PERMIT ISSUED BY THE RCWD. <br />2.) PROVISION OF BLACK HILLS SPRUCE TREES TO ADEQUATELY SCREEN THE <br />DOCK AREA FOR PROPOSED "BUILDING B" FROM HIGHWAY 88, <br />3.)
