You are encouraged to submit preliminary plans of the proposed site improvements for staff review <br />and input well in advance of the Planning Commission application deadline. This step would allow <br />you the opportunity to correct any identified problem areas prior to preparing final drawings and <br />copies. <br />2. Submit application and materials by the listed Planning Commission deadline. <br />3. The Development Review Committee comprised of City Staff members reviews the proposed site <br />plan. <br />4. A staff case report is prepared and submitted to the Planning Commission. <br />5. The proposed site plan is reviewed by the Planning Commission at its regular meeting and a <br />recommendation is forwarded to the City Council. <br />6. The Staff Case Report is updated and submitted to the City Council. <br />7.
