<br />This Agreement made this 29th day of March, 1994 by and between Dan A,
<br />Burrill and'Mary C. Burrill, husband and wife;\Oavid A. Burrill and\Mary C. Burrill,
<br />husband and wife; and\Steven F. Burrill, a single person (collectively "Burrills") and
<br />''{ Robert F, Osterbauer, a single person ("Osterbauer"):

<br />WHEREAS, Burrills are the owners of the property described on Exhibit A
<br />attached hereto;
<br />
<br />-WHEREAS, Osterbauer is the owner of property described on Exhibit B
<br />hereto;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there may exist certain gaps and/or overlaps between the parcels
<br />described on Exhibit A and on Exhibit B;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to resolve such gaps and/or overlaps and
<br />establish a boundary line between the respective properties owned by them;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the pa1es agree as follows:
<br />
<br />1 . Osterbauer hereby quitclaims and conveys onto Burrills any and all
<br />interest which he may have in the proper, described as Exhibit A.
<br />
<br />2. Burrills hereby convey and quitclaim to Osterbauer any and all interest
<br />which they may have in property which lies easterly of the property described on
<br />Exhibit A.
<br />
<br />3. The parties agree that the boundary line between their respective
<br />parcels shall be the easterly line of the property described on Exhibit A,
