Any antenna which complies with these standards must receive site plan approval and <br />apply for a building permit. No other City approvals are required. <br /> <br />The proposed antenna would be screened from adjacent property by landscaping consisting of coniferous <br />and deciduous plantings. An anti-climb security fence is also proposed. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to Recommend Approval of LP-323, Subject To The Following Condition: <br /> <br />1.)
