(Vote: 6-0) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Motion to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED RESOLLTION APPROVING OF SP-205, SUBJECT TO THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. APPROVAL OF LP-342. <br />2. Approval of a permit by the RCWD. <br />3. All off-street parking stall must be striped. <br />4. Four (4) off-street stalls must be designated for handicap parking. <br />5. Approval of the final grading plan by the City Engineer. <br />Cary K.
