HEAD'S APPROVAL: Kevin Locke, Director of Community Development <br />MANAGER'S REVIEW/RECOMMENDATION: <br />No comments to supplement this report Comments attache <br />EXPLANATION/SUMMARY (attach supplemental sheets as necessary) <br />To consider an application for a Site Plan review and Special Use Permit to tear down and construct a new Club House for <br />the Brightwood Hills Golf Course. <br />FINDINGS <br />¦ Section 8-010, Site Plan Review <br />¦ Section 4-030, Uses by Special Permit, R-1 District <br />PAST ACTION <br />• On July 21, 1998, The Planning Commission considered the proposed Site Plan and Special Use Permit and <br />recommended approval of LP-342 and SP-205 subject to conditions. (Vote: 6-0) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Motion to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED RESOLLTION APPROVING OF SP-205, SUBJECT TO THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. APPROVAL OF LP-342. <br />2. Approval of a permit by the RCWD. <br />3. All off-street parking stall must be striped. <br />4. Four (4) off-street stalls must be designated for handicap parking. <br />5. Approval of the final grading plan by the City Engineer. <br />Cary K.
