Other Considerations: None <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />Lot Split <br />The applicant is proposing a minor subdivision to "swap" land with the adjacent property (Minar Ford), <br />for the purpose of creating an area on which to construct the new McDonald's facility. McDonald's will <br />be acquiring "Parcel B" from Minar Ford, and Minar Ford will be acquiring "Parcel A" from <br />McDonald's. The resulting lots size for each use will remain essentially the same. An access easement <br />will then be dedicated to McDonald's to utilize the existing drive entrance. By acquiring Parcel A from <br />McDonald's. Minar Ford now has the potential to use this as an access to their facility.
