County Highway D
Dear Cary:
As you are aware, PDQ Food Stores, Inc. currently operates an outdated convenience store with
gasoline at the referenced location. It is our intent to do a complete demolition and upgrade on
the property owned by PDQ. To that end, enclosed are the required Site Plan Application Forms,
Site Plans, Variance Application Form and checks covering the processing fees. In addition,
there are items related to each application that need to be addressed. I will do so here, as briefly
as possible.
Site Plan Application Form
Under the required attachments section, Item 1 calls for twenty (20) copies of the site plan, etc.
Pursuant to our conversation, enclosed are four (4) full-size copies and 16 ledger-size.
Also pursuant to our earlier conversations and your approval, the attached legal description, as
called for under Item 2, was prepared December 31, 1992 by Merila & Associates. It is our intent
to verify this information prior to construction.
Item 3's Rice Creek Watershed District Permit Application is not called for in this case.
Variance Application Form
in a review of your Standards for a Variance, we feel that the variance request meets
requirements 1, 2, and 4. PDQ has a permanent 30' easement adjoining our property on the West.
PDQ feels this should be considered when reviewing the site plan for greenspace requirements.
P.O.
