VARIANCE APPLICATION FORM <br />Statement of Compliance to Standards for a Variance <br />PDQ has a permanent thirty-foot (30') easement on the side yard (west edge <br />of the property). If we add the additional greenspace setback required, there <br />will be over 50' of greenspace and this additional setback will greatly inhibit <br />PDQ's ability to operate a viable store at this location. In addition, currently <br />there is no greenspace along County Highway D. Our plans include a 30' <br />landscaped strip along County Highway D, which will greatly enhance the <br />appearance of the area. <br />2. The variance would be consistent with the spirit and intent of the Ordinance <br />since the greenspace will be contained within the 30' permanent easement <br />already in place. <br />4. The variance shall not be detrimental in any way as the greenspace will be in <br />place and is well designed.
