Our fence is totally irrrepairable because of the project ,......extend it and <br />replace it with a quality fence of 10' in height for the full length of the <br />property that will not allow light transmission at John Allen's expense. <br />We had addressed the City Planners 6 years ago with a lovely plan for the <br />property at issue... That dream has been destroyed (that's life) but please don't <br />destroy our quaility of life and our capacity to continue our livelyhood. <br />We need recourse if the lighting is affecting our greenhouses. Just as the <br />courts have upheld sun rights, so have they upheld the right to natural day <br />light length without artificial light pollution. <br />We, as a long time existing business in New Brighton, ------ are ignored by <br />the many committees, and hired consultants.. We were not asked for any <br />input;, nor given any considerations, But we are still here - so please deal <br />with us fairly.
