If one <br />break room exists, have access through the one door. <br />8. Because the property possesses little natural surveillance and is in a desolate location, I <br />recommend alarming the building while it is under construction. This may also help diminish <br />future vandalism since prior buildings under this owner were damaged. I suggest obtaining three <br />estimates from alarm companies. You will want a motion detector that reaches a minimum of 50 <br />feet out.
