Sandie outlined the site plan modifications, which will separate student <br /> bus traffic from all other traffic: <br />2. New parking counts. Kevin gave a copy of the City parking ordinance> <br /> The project will calculate parking counts two ways: <br /> A. Total number of faculty and full time staff. <br /> B. Per ordinance. <br /> A is the preferred number, The City will accept a lower number if <br /> calculation B is lower. No fewer spaces may be provided than. per <br /> calculation B, the City ordinance. <br />3. Curb cuts must comply with the City ordinance. <br />4. New parking lot lighting must meet City ordinance, and may require <br /> neighborhood review. <br />5. A special use permit will be required. Kevin gave a schedule of review <br /> meeting dates. A site plan, landscape plan, grading plan, building <br /> elevations, lighting cut sheets must be provided at a minimum. <br />6. Site plan approval is required. Submittal procedures and requirements <br /> are within the package Kevin gave the team. <br />7.
