Also, included is a village voucher in the rmount of <br />$25.00 refunding your special use application fee. <br />The Village Code makes no prevision for a tcro family residence in a,n <br />R-1 zone. Therefore, it Drill b4 necessary that before you make any <br />alterations to your property you either: <br />1. Prove to the village's satisfaction that <br />the property described has been used as a <br />two family residence for at least 18 of the <br />last 36 months, or <br />2.
