Bromander,• Councilmen .F. E. Fisher, D. L. Moe~r~, <br />Thomas Morris-and Paul Rebelein. Absent: None <br />Also''Present: Robert W. Schaefer, Village Manager,, Perry Copeland, <br />Village Attorney; Quentin K. r%Jood, Village Director of <br />Public Works; Vernon C, Pederson, Village Clerk. <br />Motion by Morris, seconded by Rebelein to approve <br />minutes of January 26, 1971. <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />UNFINISHED F3USINESS <br />Mr. 3oseph Stroncek and Mr,•Larry Couture, <br />surveyor, appeared to discuss proposed plat and <br />rezoning, R-63 and PL-67 <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Marris to defer <br />action on proposed platting and rezoning request <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />Mr. Norton Whitchurch, described proposed project. <br />Mr. Fred Beisswenger, owner of the. property south <br />of the proposed church property covered the church <br />development as it relates to his prope~-ty~ <br />Mr. Fred White, Mr. James Holmes, and Mr. John Healy <br />spoke in general approval of the project. <br />Mayor Bromander declared.a 10 minute recess, 9:21 <br />.Council reconvened, 9031` <br />Approve minutes <br />of Jan.-26, 1971 <br />R-63 and PL-67 <br />5troncek <br />SP-40 Fifth <br />Church of Christ <br />Scientist <br />Motion by Morris, seconded by Rebelein to close hearing <br />5 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Marris to approve SP-40 <br />Fifth Church of Christ Scientist request to build a <br />church in an R-1 residential zone. <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by~Fisher to amend motion to <br />include that no grading on site shall be permitted until <br />building permit is approved, <br />Vote on amendment, 5-ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />` Vote on original 5~ayes - O Hayes - carried <br />
