The action taken following: lengthly <br />discussion was denial on the basis of insufficient information; however, a general ~ <br />approval of the concept was implied by the Planning Commission (see Panning <br />Commission minutes 2/T6/71). <br />The developer has subsequently submitted a preliminary plat conforming essen- <br />tially to the layout of single family lot parcels drafted for PRD-16 with the <br />exception that 3 single family lots have been eliminated from the proposed layout, <br />including the 2 lots of concern along Stinson Boulevard. <br />Review of the proposed plat for conformance to New Brighton Code Section 475:00 <br />PLATTING REGULATIONS indicates the following descrepencies: <br />1. Under Section 475:06 Subdivision 1 IDENTIFICATION and DESCRIPTION <br />Paragraph (1) no name has been provided on the drawing. <br />2. .Under Section 475:06 Subdivision 2 EXISTING CONDITIONS Paragraph <br />(7). Topographic data has been provided at 10' intervals. instead of the <br />required 2' intervals, Topo lines are partially missing in at least one <br />instance. <br />3. Under Section 475:06 Subdivision 3 SUBDIVISION DESIGN FEATURES <br />Paragraph (2) utility easements are absent, Paragraph (3) no indication at <br />proposed storm water runoff is provided, Paragraph (5) setback lines are <br />absent, <br />All other aspects of the proposed plat appear to comply with the platting pro- <br />visions as set forth except for the absence of a Block number anal a lot number for <br />the large undivided area fronting on Stinson Boulevard. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
