Bromander Councilmen Gene Fisher, D.L.'Moen, <br />- Paul Rebelein. Absent:' Eagon <br />Also Present: Thomas F. Lewcock, Village Manager; Perry Copeland, <br />Village Attorney; Vernon C. Pederson, Clerk-Treasurer; <br />Quentin K. Wood, Director of Public Works. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Rebelein to defer <br />action on the minutes of regular meeting of August <br />22,`` 1972. <br />4 ayes - 0 Hayes - carried <br />Unfinished Business <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Moen to grant <br />variance request VN-86 subject to approval of <br />landscape plan submitted and initialed September <br />5,"1972 and that such plan be implemented within <br />60 days _ <br />4 ayes -- 0 Hayes - carried <br />Public Hearings <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />Mr~ Vince Dah1e explained his petition far <br />expanded uses in the golf course. <br />Leona Elwell, C. A. Mattson, Ralph Schuab <br />spoke in opposition and had concern in relation to the <br />proposed special use permit. <br />Minutes <br />Aug, 22 <br />deferred <br />VN-86 - <br />Billman <br />_______ <br />Arlo Lee, Ted Blue, Jim Black, Harlan Bernsteen SP-47 <br />spoke in favor of proposed SP-47. ~--Ga f Course <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Moen to close hearing <br />4 ayes - 0 Hayes -carried <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by Rebelein to approve <br />SP-47 with the following stipulationse <br />1. That special use permit be granted for one year <br />2. That no new structure be constructed <br />3. That nv hockey or curling activities take place <br />other than on the existing pond. <br />4. No swimming or tennis be permitted <br />5. That outdoor activities do not extend beyond 10 p.m. <br />6. That no dances be held <br />4 ayes - 0 Hayes.- carried <br />
