Johnson: <br /> <br />John Klick from Darrel A. Farr Development Company asked that I write you <br />and inform you that the Village of Edina has done work with Loren Galpin <br />on numerous occasions in the past and has found his work very satisfactory. <br /> <br />One of the jobs Mr. Galpin did for his clients in Edina was requesting a <br />modification to our planned industrial district to allow tennis courts. I <br />should note that tennis courts at that time were not allowed in any district <br />but it was felt that the re-use of the building would be most appropriately <br />a warehouse~ thus the industrial zoning. <br /> <br />The attached amendment to the zoning ordinance establishes parking require- <br />ments for indoor tennis clubs.
