NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 12, 1974, at 8:10 0' clock PM at the New Brighton City Hall, New Brighton, Minnesota to consider granting of a special use permit, pursuant to Section 10:140 (a) of the New Brighton Zoning Code to allow the erection of two radio towers on I-1 Light Industrial property described as follows: All that part of the SE 1/4 Section 20, Town 30, Range 23 descrihed as follows: Commencing at the intersection of centerline of S. T. H. No. 100 with the centerline of County Road No. 77, formerly known as S. T.
