<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton
<br />City Council will meet on July 22, 1975, at 8:05 o'clock
<br />p,~, at the New. Brighton City Hall, New Brighton,
<br />Minnesota to consider: Granting of a special use permit
<br />to allow the continued operation of a non, profit nursery
<br />school and day care center which was authoriZed for a
<br />period of two years July 10, 1973, such nursery school
<br />and day care center has been In operation since that
<br />time ,in Apartment Nos, 113. 115 & 117 of Apartment
<br />Budd~ng, No, 902, Bramante's Brighton Village, the legal
<br />deScription of the property for which the special use
<br />permif has been requested Is as follows:
