The Mengelkoch Co. is located immediately east <br />of the Garron Rendering plant. Access to the property is via one <br />driveway located near the end of 14th ~t. NE ano near the northeast <br />corner of the site. <br /> <br /> <br />Cooe Requirements: <br /> <br />Section 1-60 of the Zoning Code states that on property where <br />Type IV non-conformities are present and are proposed to continue, <br />expansion of existing structure or construction of new structures <br />can only be allowed upon permission of the City Council. It is <br />further stateClthat permission can only be grantor'l if one or more <br />of the fol1o'l.<ling cond itions are met. <br /> <br />1. The total number of non~conformittes is reduced; <br /> <br />2. The impact', of any non-confromities upon aojacent premises <br />isreruced; <br /> <br />3. The extent of any non-conformity is reAuced where practical. <br /> <br />
