In addition, <br />changes were agreed upon at the Planning Commission meeting w~ich <br />were to be provided along with the required information by means bf'" <br />a revised plan. The applicant has submitted a revised plan, however, <br />some items of information still remain to be provided and many <br />of the items shown on the plan are unclear. We have the following <br />comments regarding the details of the landscape and plot plan: <br /> <br />1. The truck parking spaces proposed to be located in the area <br />of the current rendering plant are not clearly shown as to locations; <br />size or driving lanes between them, if any. <br /> <br />2. The Blue Spruce shown on the site are not clearly labelled, <br />at should be indicated that all three of the plantings shown near <br />14th St. west of the driveway are to be Blue Spruce and t~at the <br />five plantings near the fence west of the driveway are also Blue <br />Spruce 0 <br /> <br />3. The Ash located near the driveway and the fence should be <br />shown as a 2" Caliber Green'Ash rather than an unsized White Ash. <br /> <br />1. Any exterior storage area should be labelled. <br /> <br />50 The curbing should be labelled as concrete curbing. <br /> <br />6. Details of the fence construction should be shown. <br /> <br />7. The expanded blacktop area should be clearly labelled <br />and any g.ravel drive areas should also be labelled. <br />
