<br />Council Proceedings <br />City of New Brighton <br />July 22,1975 <br /> <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Rebelein to direct <br />administration to incorporate within the above <br />resolution findings of fact regarding SP-6l. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called <br />Mr. Gerry LetOters, and Quentin Wood, representing <br />Gordon Rendering, were present to review the <br />proposal and answer council questions <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to receive <br />installation permit l33-75-I-2 from Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency,dated July 15, 1975 <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Fisher to close <br />hear ing <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />Motion by Bromander, seconded by Anderson to direct <br />administration to prepare a resolution making <br />findings of fact and approve SP-64 and NC-3 under <br />the conditions that the plant meet air and sewer <br />requirements and other performance requirements of <br />the Minnesota Pollution Con, rol Agency, the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission, the New Brighton City <br />ordinances and the existing offensive trade licensing <br />on the property and a site plan in conformity with <br />all City code requirements and that the applicant <br />submit a revised site plan correcting all code <br />deficiencies noted in the Planning Commission <br />recommendations and administrative write-ups and, <br />additionally labeling the ground cover on the east <br />side of the driveway to south side of the proposed <br />fence and the east side of the driveway on the north <br />side of the proposed fence. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Anderson to defer <br />action on the building permit for Gordon Rendering <br />to next council meeting <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes -c:arried <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Eagon, seconded by Fisrer to receive <br />petition and issue papers regarding improvements to Pike <br />Lake Subwatershed <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />SP-64 <br />NC-3 <br /> <br />9:11 - <br />9:50 <br /> <br />Gordon <br />Rendering <br /> <br />Buildin<.g <br />Permit <br />Deferred <br />Aug 12. <br /> <br />Impr.
