Council Proceedings City of New Brighton July 22,1975 Motion by Fisher, seconded by Rebelein to direct administration to incorporate within the above resolution findings of fact regarding SP-6l. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Attorney stated hearing was properly called Mr. Gerry LetOters, and Quentin Wood, representing Gordon Rendering, were present to review the proposal and answer council questions Motion by Eagon, seconded by Anderson to receive installation permit l33-75-I-2 from Minnesota Pollution Control Agency,dated July 15, 1975 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Fisher to close hear ing 5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried Motion by Bromander, seconded by Anderson to direct administration to prepare a resolution making findings of fact and approve SP-64 and NC-3 under the conditions that the plant meet air and sewer requirements and other performance requirements of the Minnesota Pollution Con, rol Agency, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, the New Brighton City ordinances and the existing offensive trade licensing on the property and a site plan in conformity with all City code requirements and that the applicant submit a revised site plan correcting all code deficiencies noted in the Planning Commission recommendations and administrative write-ups and, additionally labeling the ground cover on the east side of the driveway to south side of the proposed fence and the east side of the driveway on the north side of the proposed fence. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Fisher, seconded by Anderson to defer action on the building permit for Gordon Rendering to next council meeting 5 ayes - 0 nayes -c:arried NEW BUSINESS Motion by Eagon, seconded by Fisrer to receive petition and issue papers regarding improvements to Pike Lake Subwatershed 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried 4 SP-64 NC-3 9:11 - 9:50 Gordon Rendering Buildin<.g Permit Deferred Aug 12.
