As for the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate, we will need either a new list of <br />property owners or some written form of acknowledgement from <br />Ramsey County or other appropriate agencies, indicating that <br />the Certificate we have on file is accurate. <br /> <br />In order to expedite this matter, I would urge you to <br />provide an accurate plot plan showing the property as it exists <br />and also what improvements are to be made (in particular, how <br />the existing non-conformities are reduced or how their impact <br />is to be reduced). It would be helpful if the plot plan could <br />also show the parking spaces and how the building interior is <br />to be used. All dimension should be shown. <br /> <br />As previously mentioned, the application <br />$50.00. <br /> <br /> <br />Per your request, I am enclosing the council proceedings <br />regarding the previous request to use the property at 2030 <br />Silver Lake Road.
