He noted that the <br />light poles are only 14 feet high and have an illumination of <br />three foot candles, which is a low level of illumination. He <br />stated that this will not be a football field in terms of its <br />lighting effect. <br /> <br />In reply to a question by Mr. Fritz Werdouschegg, Mr. Nordby noted <br />the buffer strip along the north part of the property contained <br />4 foot arbovitae which would grow to provide a further screen in <br />the future.
