In part, only, the unplatted land <br />excluding that part in the North 240' of the East 441.68' of <br />NE f of SE t and excluding that part in the West 300' more or <br />less, that part lying Westerly of Hwy 35-W and East of First' <br />Addition to New Brighton, of NE t of SE t of Sect. 29, Twnsp <br />30, Range 23. Plat 02900, Parcel 09077. <br /> <br />for the purpose of the removal and replacement with sui table material <br />of all the unsuitable material previously wasted on the site by <br />the Minnesota Highway Department. <br /> <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section ll, -090 (d) of the Village <br />of New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />This' property is presently zoned for Industrial Use <br /> <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of $25.00 which is to be used by <br /> <br />the Village to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter in accord- ' <br /> <br />ance \dth the provisions of the New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />The abstractor's certificate which is furnished here~dth, contains the names <br /> <br />of the o\r.ners of property ,iLthin 200 feet of the boundary lines of the <br /> <br />property described above.
