It is my understanding from my conver- <br />sation with Don Peterson that I would not be held in vio- <br /> <br />lation of condition No.#3 as set forth in your letter. As <br />I explained,to Don Peterson I will be putting the non-earth <br /> <br />materials in the earth as soon as I am able to create enough <br /> <br />room to do so. The reason for the slowness of the excavation <br /> <br />is the slow sales of black dirt. Non earth material is pre- <br /> <br />sently piled near the excavation site in order to use as <br /> <br />future fill. <br /> <br />I am aware of your conditions of your ordinance and <br />I will comply as soon as possible. <br /> <br />;,'i~ -y~u ry/r. /J /J . <br />~~.
