Operator be at least 25 years of agei <br />2. Bike racks must be provided, <br />3. Licenses be non-transferable, <br />40 windows and doors be kept free of visual <br />obstructionsi <br />5. Specific hours of operation be provided fori <br />6. A site plan be provided, <br />70 A fee be included to offset processing costs; <br />8.
