The following action was taken:

lI!olotion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt, to defer
action until June 22 Council meeting and to ask the
applicant to provide an alternate plan.
4 ayes - 1 naye - Carriedll

Attached is the alternate sign plan provided by Clark
Pharmacy. The primary change from the previous plan is that
apparently the lower panel on the existing ground sign would
be removed. In addition, the remaining panel would be made to
read "Clark Pharmacy Building.1I

Some information is apparently missing in the plan, such

as:

1. No provision has been made for window
signs.

2. No provision has been made for signs which
are othe~lise excluded by Section 14-030.

3. No provision has been made for signing for
future tenants.

We would suggest that if the Council finds this alternate
sign plan acceptable, that the above provisions be included in
the plan.
