Don Lais, Attorney at Law <br />409 Midwest Federal Building <br />St. Paul, MN 55101 <br /> <br />RE: Special Use Permit for Menge1koch Co. <br /> <br />Dear Don: <br /> <br />Pursuant to our conversation relative to stack tests <br />for the Mengelkoch Company, the following is the type of <br />information that we would like included: <br /> <br />1. That in accordance with Special Use Permit <br />(SP-72) approved by Council July 13, 1976, <br />that stack emissions be tested every six (6) <br />months. <br /> <br />,. That stacks to be tested are described as <br />follows: <br />a. Barrel washing steam exhaust. <br />b. Multi-stage scrubber 200-71-0-1. <br />c. Packed tower scrubber 200-75-0-2. <br /> <br />3. That the date(s) and time(s) for such tests <br />are at the discretion of the City of New <br />Brighton. <br /> <br />4. That the City of New Brighton shall have <br />discretion in the selection of firm contracted <br />to perform such tests. <br /> <br />5. That all costs associated with the cond.tion <br />and completion of such tests shall be the <br />responsibility of the Mengelkoch Company. <br /> <br />6. That the date and time for the first such stack <br />test to be performed shall be at the discretion of <br />the City of New Brighton. taking into account the <br />expansion plans for the Mengelkoch Company and <br />the City Council Resolution relative to Special <br />Use Permit No. 72. <br />
