Dave Fridgen, City Sanitarian, <br />the stacks to be tested in order to comply with your <br />Special Use Permit (SP-12) and the Council Resolution <br />No. 1730 adopted July 13, 1976. According to Mr. Fridgen, <br />the emission points to be tested in order to determine <br />odor emissions include: <br /> <br />1. Barrel \vashing steam m{haust. <br />2. Multi-stage scrubber 200-71-0-1. <br />3. Packed to"ler scrubber 200-75-0-2. <br /> <br />If it is your intention to exercise your SP9cial <br />Use Permit and Non-Conforming Use Permit under the <br />conditions approved by the New Brighton City Council, <br />I would encourage you to work with Mr. Fridgen to <br />have the appropriate tests completed on the above noted <br />emission points. With completion of the tests the <br />building permit for your addition could be secured. <br /> <br />I would also note that per the conditions of SP-72, <br />such tests are to be conducted every six months.
