One of the <br />components of the development is the installation of five-foot <br />chain-link fences at the locations designated on the attached maps. <br /> <br />We request that the required variances be granted for the following <br />reasons: <br /> <br />Vermont Park <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A fence is needed along Cleveland Avenue to prevent <br />children from chasing balls, etc. across the street. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The south portion of the park, as it abuts Mr. Perron's <br />l!storage areal! should be fenced to prevent children <br />from straying into the area and unto the equipment. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Residents have requested installation of fences at both <br />locations. <br /> <br />I <br />1 <br />\ <br />I <br />( <br /> <br />Hidden Oaks Park <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />. <br />The neighbors (Olsons) immediately to the north have <br />requested a fence to protect their yard and bee hives <br />from trespass.
