That the Planning Commission considered the application <br />at its regular meeting held on September 21, 1976 and <br />October 19, 1976; <br /> <br />~ : <br /> <br />i.i <br />j' <br />It <br />" <br />H <br />~ ; <br />! ~ <br />!; <br />r <br /> <br />4. That the City Council, pursuant to published and "mailed <br />,notice, held a public hearing on November 9, 1976 to <br />consider the application; <br /> <br />t; <br /> <br />!' <br />., <br /> <br />5.
