BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Building Inspector is hereby authorized to issue building permits for signs at 854 5th Avenue NW which conform to all requirements of this Resolution. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Council of the City of New Brighton that the following addition findings of fact are made in respect to the approval of SP-75 under the conditions stated: ~ ,~ 1.
