The tenants of the building include Clark Pharmacy, <br />Mid-America Lines, Brighton Cle1ners, Dr. Spencer, ana three <br />residences. <br /> <br />According to Section 14-200 (c.3) such a building is .treated as an <br />area of special control in accordance with the procedures in Section <br />14:-180.
