Company) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br /> <br />At their meeting on May 25, 1977, the Board of Managers of <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District reviewed your permit <br />application together with your presentation of the project <br />and the report of the Engineer. <br /> <br />They found the proposed gravel pit operation to be in accordance <br />with the Rules and Regulations and Guidelines of the District <br />and therefore, granted the permit for gravel extraction subject <br />to the following stipulations: <br /> <br />l. All drainage from the pit operation will remain on <br />the site. <br /> <br /><xYr'l..' <br />2. An earth dike will be placed nerthwest of the existing <br />pond in the northeast corner of the property in order <br />to prevent drainage to the pond from the pit operation. <br /> <br />Please contact us at 473~4224 when the project is about to <br />commence so an inspector may view the work in progress. <br /> <br />E.
