<br />APPLICATION FOR SPEC!AL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />CITY OF NSd BRIGHTON <br />R~MSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />5"T - 7 L <br /> <br />To the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a special use permit to use <br />the following described'property. <br /> <br />new office building, corner of Mississippi Street and Silver <br />Lake Road, known as 2121 - 2122 Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />for the purpose of <br /> <br />installing a street sign that meets the ordinance <br /> <br />except that it lists occupants of the 'Building, in lieu of signS'on the Building <br /> <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section 11, <br />City of New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />This property is presently zoned for <br /> <br />office building <br /> <br />This application is accompanied by a fee of $25.00 which is to be <br /> <br />used by the City to defray expenses incurred in handling this matter <br /> <br />in accordance with the provisions of the New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />The abstractor's certificate which is furnished herewith, contains <br /> <br />the names of the owners of property within 200 feet of the boundary <br /> <br />lines of the property described above. <br /> <br />Signed_,-r-~~ y, ~-c"~~ <br />
