.

.

June 16, 1978

Application for Special Use Permit
SP-8l

PURPOSE

To consider an application for a Special Use Permit for use
of a school facility for community education programs, senior
citizens programs, and Ramsey County health programs.

BACKGROUND

Applicant: Independent School District 621

Location: 701 8th Avenue NW

Zoninq: R-l, Single family

The New Brighton Elementary School has recently closed and the
school district is now proposing to use the building as a
Community Resourse Center.
