<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />New Brighton Planning Commission <br />Board of Review <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />NC-32. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a non-conforming use permit Nc-32 <br />has been made by Paul Williams and Northwestern Bell, to permit <br />an expansion to a building located on property having existing <br />Type IV non-conformities, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l. That an application for a non-conforming use permit <br />NC-32 was filed with the City on July 11, 1978. <br /> <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its meeting 6f July 3l,l978. <br /> <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all persons statements made at the Board of Review <br />meeting were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that the <br />following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-32. <br /> <br />1. That the property is currently zoned R-l and B-1. <br /> <br />2. That the followihg Type IV cnon-conformities exist <br />on the property: <br /> <br />a. Lack of concrete curbing adjacent to parking <br />areas. <br />b. parking spaces less than the required size. <br />c. Insufficient amount of parking spaces. <br />d. Lack of suffi~ient screening along north <br />property line. <br />e. Existing structure is setback less than 50 ft. <br />from R-l zoned property. <br />
