Sign plan is to place 4 signs of equal area (42sqft each) for a total of 168 sq ft sign space. This is 24sq ft less than allowed by code. Plan to use same signing approach as on freeway side as drawn for you. OPTION: Would like to using less square foot 55 Mound Ave. on top. The intention would be place lettered signs in directory position than freeway side and possible adding The lettering would be about 8" in height. informational only. See drawing. GROUND SIGN: We do not propose a ground sign indicating the name of the building. In stead we would prefer a larger sign area on freeway side of building. 3SW Freeway side: 2nd visual plan shows sign arrangement on freeway side of structure. Freeway side of structure is our most important signing area. Because of the significance of the signing on the freeway side we propose to increase the signable area by about 8 sq ft. Building dimensions are 50'X16'=800 sq ft of surface area X 20% equals 160 sq ft signable area. We are proposing to use 168 sq ft of sign space if all four tenants want a sign. If the building is sub-divided into four sections the signing would be even as drawn. If only three tenan~wanted signs there would be an option for a tenant of the wood frame building on the premise to use the fourth spot for a sign.
