That an application for SP-84 was filed with the <br />City of New Brighton on October 10,1978. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />II <br />II <br />I' <br />I) <br />II <br />,I <br />II <br />r <br />I <br /> <br />2. That the Planning Commission reviewed the application <br />at its meeting of October 17, 1978. <br /> <br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on October 24, <br />1978 to consider the application. All person's <br />present at the public hearing were':given an opportunity <br />to be heard. <br /> <br />4. That the written comments and analysis a the Director <br />of Community Development, the Planning Commission <br />recommendation and all person's statements made <br />at the hearing were considered. <br /> <br />II <br />I, <br />I' <br />'I <br />II <br />I <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that the following Findings of Fact are made <br />in respect to SP-84: <br /> <br />1. That buildings of multiple occupancy require a <br />sensitive handling of signing relative to their <br />unique needs. <br /> <br />2. That the proposed signing is attractive, provides <br />sound identificat10n and is consistent with the <br />intent of the sign ordinance. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that SP-84 is and hereby approved <br />and that the following are the standards of the sign plan: <br /> <br />1.
