No signs shall be permitted except those specifically allowed <br />by this sign plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Temporary window signs shall be permitted provided such signs <br />shall not exceed 50% of the area of the window in which they <br />are displayed. <br /> <br />No sign, other than temporary window signs, shall be erected <br />with6uttherefirst having been issued a building permit therefor. <br /> <br />Each ,tenant shall submit a drawing of his proposed sign to the <br />Building Inspector. The drawing shall clearly show location of <br />sign, graphics and construction and attachment details. Full <br />information regarding electrical load requirements arid brightness <br />in foot lamberts is to also be included. <br /> <br />All signs shall be designed, constructed and erected ~n confor- <br />mance with Sections 14-080, 14-090 and 14-100. <br /> <br />Prohibited Signs <br />Prohibited signing shall include but not be limited to the following: <br /> <br />1. Rooftop signs. <br /> <br />2. Free-standing signs, other than the center identification sign. <br /> <br />3. Signs employing noise making devices and components. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Signs exhibiting names, stamps or decals of the sign manu- <br />facturer or installer. <br /> <br />5. Signs employing moving or flashing lights. <br /> <br />6. Moving or rotating signs. <br /> <br /> <br />7. Signs employing exposed raceways, ballast boxes or transformers. <br /> <br />8. Cloth, wood, paper or cardboard signs, stickers, decals, around <br />or on exterior surfaces (doors and/or windows) of the premises. <br /> <br />9. Signs employing unedged or uncapped plastic letters or letters <br />with no returns and exposed fastenings. <br />
