That an application for a special use permit SP-85 <br />was filed with the City on March 14, 1979. <br /> <br />2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on March 20, 1979. <br /> <br />3. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review,that <br />the following Find!i.ngs of Fact are made in respect to SP-85: <br />I <br />1. The general purpose of the sign ordinance is to <br />promote sound identification, reduction of clutter <br />and aesthetic enhancement: <br />! <br /> <br />2. That the building design and location create a <br />situation, where signing must be handled sensitively: <br /> <br />I <br />3. That wall! signs would not be consistent with the <br />general p~rposes of the sign ordinance: <br /> <br />4. That a single ground sign as proposed would provide <br />sound identification and would be compatible with <br />. the genera 1 area. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t the application for SP~85 <br />is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following: <br /> <br />1. That no more than one (1) ground sign shall be <br />permitted on the property: <br />I <br />2. That the ground sign contain building name and <br />tenant names only: <br /> <br />3.
