W. ,and <br />I <br />r <br />prpcedural history of the application is as <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an <br />has been made by <br />441-5 8th Avenue <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit SP-8S <br />was filedlwith the City on March 14, 1979. <br /> <br />I <br />2. That the 130ard of Review heard and reviewed the <br />application at its regular meeting on March 20, 1979. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />i <br />J <br />I <br />II <br /> <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the City Planner <br />and all ~erson's statements made at the Board of <br />Review mebting were considered. <br />I <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE! BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Review that <br />I <br />following Findtngs of Fact are made in respect to.SP-S5: <br /> <br />~ <br />1. The genersll purpose of the s ignordinance is to <br />promote sound identification, reduction of clutter <br />and aesthetic enhancement; <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />2. That the building design and location create a <br />situationjwhere signing must be handled sensitively; <br />l <br /> <br />3. Tha t wa ll,l signs would not be cons istent with the <br />general Pfrposes of the sign ordinance; <br /> <br />, <br />4.
