NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton City Council will meet on APRIL 10 , 1979, at 7:40 O'c1ock P.M. at the New Brighton city Hall, New Brighton, Minnesota to consider: A request for a special use permit for the signing .of the Belair Building with multiple occupancy pursuant to Section 11-030 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: All that part of the North 165 feet of the South 1050 feet of the Northwest ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, lying Northerly and Westerly of premises owned by Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste.
